Since 2004, it has been my passion to consistently strive for improved knowledge and practice in the study of human movement.
My goal with each session is to provide a safe environment where success can be achieved through mobility, stability and strength.

Habit change and consistency are the keys in effecting change but the desire to move with less or no pain can be the driving force behind the decision to get healthy.
I seek to help you find self-efficacy regardless of physical changes or limitations.
Working exclusively with active adults over the age of 50, it is my belief that it is never too late to improve your quality of life and create a better future for yourself.
